Government Science Ministry
Any government in the world* can leverage use of the corresponding country fund in AIIM app to finance fair and efficient R&D financing for their citizens. In short: The government is just required to fund their country fund e.g. weekly or monthly. This replaces inefficient, costly, and unfair government science grants. The government just funds the account, all the work on paying for R&D in the country is done by the app automatically.
All world governments are also recommended to join the AIIM treaty. But it is not required: We can work together without signing this treaty.
*Exceptions, like North Korea, apply.
