The Bologna system splits all people into four categories: Bachelor, Masters, and doctoral degrees plus people without degrees.
Basically, it means: Most people have no right for a salary, no matter what their self-learned knowledge is. That’s “Animal Farm” or “1984” from Orwell, but this dystopia is implemented in real life. It deprives most people of rights. “Most people” include some scientists, who are deprived of the right to receive salary and grants. Because scientists are monopolists, it creates monopolies without money, the worst kind of monopolies.
We need a completely new system for science salaries. I develop AIIS (AI Internet-Meritocracy) software between all published scientists and free software developers, even ones not having a degree. Please, support the project.
