When I originally wrote this article, I mistakenly stated that the National Science Foundation (NSF) had been destroyed. Later I learned from reliable news sources that the situation was actually a temporary U.S. government shutdown, not the elimination of the NSF.
I’ve decided to leave this article online for transparency and historical context, but it has been deindexed from search engines to avoid spreading incorrect information. Please read it as a record of my earlier thoughts rather than a factual statement about NSF’s status.

Everybody knows that the main actor who strove to close NSF was Elon Musk who was upset by low-quality research spending taxpayers’ money, woke and socialist agenda of universities. But probably I played a role in this.

Why I Am Against NSF
I discovered in 2019 ordered semigroup actions and ordered semicategory actions (OSA). All math heuristic signs show that OSA are as important as group theory. (I have done other, both related and unrelated, discoveries, too.) In other words OSA are likely to be like 1/2 of world economy in, maybe, 30 years, if not account for AI (with AI it may happen faster).
But I have been pushed out of a Russian university by religious discrimination, so not received science degree. For this reason, I can’t get a publication grant for my book (about OSA and related things). Publishing it in form of several articles is difficult, because it is a theory of many small theorems, rather than one big result. In other words, I was left without academia publicity. My book is only self-published.
I queried NSF to receive this publication grant, but apparently after I queried them, they changed their publication rules, that 501(c)3 registration in the US became not enough, but required to operate in the US.
So, they (NSF) used government money to compete with a project, that having invested into it just a few thousands dollars, could raise world economy 2 times in 30 or so years. My project is important, because it is underrepresented: Cost of a cup of water in a wilderness is billion dollars, similarly the cost of my project is about equal all the rest world economy, because it is unpublished. Thus NSF harms. I decided, that it needs to be liquidated.
In other words, NSF is a government monopoly badly competing with its own suppliers. That needs to be crashed.
The NSF Replacement Is Ready
But about the same time (earlier just for a few days), when NSF has been liquidated, I published my app AI Internet-Socialism that can replace NSF and research institutes, replacing them by an app. People, that’s a right time: My app is ready to use (except of having been not passed a security review yet). Just put money previously used by NSF to the wallet of my app.
