The entirely human History, from slavery (where slaves had no money at all) in ancient Greece and Rome, to modern paid software and often poverty of open source software developers, to revolutions that as 1917 Bolshevik revolution in Russia with later failure to distribute money to those who work, shows that people are bad in distributing money among themselves.
Therefore there is the need to deliver money to spread among people to an AI, who will do spreading money between people more wisely than people do themselves.
