(As of 20 Sep 2026) Victor Porton’s Foundation (EIN: 47-4102582) is a Colorado nonprofit corporation. Its former U.S. federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is not currently in effect, and Science DAO does not represent donations as tax-deductible. The Foundation is a charitable nonprofit organization, registered by Victor Porton in 2015 in Colorado as a nonprofit. 501(c)3 status was there but has been lost by not filing tax declaration for three consecutive years due to bad working of postmail.
