(As of 20 Sep 2026) Victor Porton’s Foundation (EIN: 47-4102582) is a Colorado nonprofit corporation. Its former U.S. federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is not currently in effect, and Science DAO does not represent donations as tax-deductible. The Foundation is a charitable nonprofit organization, registered by Victor Porton in 2015 in Colorado as a nonprofit. 501(c)3 status was there but has been lost by not filing tax declaration for three consecutive years due to bad working of postmail. Nonprofit “Victor Porton’s Foundation” has the following purposes:
- religious: developing, preserving, publishing, and promoting Victor Porton’s books, articles, and other materials on religion; other religious activity.
- charitable: developing and distributing free or low cost software; help to the poor.
- scientific: developing and publishing Victor Porton’s scientific books, articles, novel software, and other materials.
- literary: publishing, distributing, and promoting Victor Porton’s writings.
Science DAO receives monetary donations through Victor Porton’s Foundation as a proxy.
World Science DAO is not currently a separate incorporated charity. Donations are legally received for purposes of World Science DAO (We promise to use donations from this site only for World Science DAO.) by Victor Porton’s Foundation.
