Current status: Gathered about $128 (not counting founder‘s own contributions). All money collected in this general fund so far has been spent on SEO; no money has yet been placed in the recipient-payment pool.

Total recommended funding-allocation target: $1.19M/year as of 7 Sep 2026. It is the sum recommended by AI, not the real available sum or promised discharge.

Funding roadmap:

• $1300 (first target) – adversarial testing
  • This is the first research and funding milestone. Donations by third parties are intended first for the $1,300 adversarial test unless a donor requests another use. Promotion, SEO, GEO, and outreach are secondary operating activities rather than the default destination of those donations.
• Future stage: expand the research-funding platform after the adversarial test produces enough evidence to justify scaling
• Future stage: broaden participation, evaluation capacity, and recipient funding if earlier tests support expansion
• Long-term scenario: substantially larger funding flows would require stronger validation, governance, security, and independent oversight
• Very long-term aspiration: large-scale scientific funding only if the mechanism is independently validated and proves robust at much smaller scales

Conventional grant systems allocate large sums through committee-based processes, and some independent or unconventional work may be missed. AIIM is being built because current AI tooling and blockchain infrastructure make a testable alternative possible; decentralized governance remains under development.

Your donation helps to evaluate science in a new way: auditable AI, what could be a replacement for biased grant committees with possibly less bias.

Science is bottlenecked by grant committees, prestige networks, and institutional conservatism. Important discoveries are delayed or never funded.

AI Internet-Meritocracy (AIIM) is a transparent, auditable system that continuously calculates recommended scientific funding allocations based on publicly inspectable heuristic metrics and evidence about research, dependencies, and usage. Actual payments depend on available funds and eligibility requirements.

  • Due to bad working of the postmail (now we switch to pure electronic submissions), the tax form of our registered charity were not filed during 3 consecutive years and we are now Delinquent and without 501(c)3 status:

    • Registered Agent service for $35
    • ~$80 for notarized affidavit
    • IRS Form 1023 (Long Form) Filing Fee: $600
• Project expenditures: AI Internet-Meritocracy
  • ~$800/month – guarded premises for keeping secrets (passwords for accessing money, auth secrets of apps, etc.)
  • GEO and related promotion – discretionary operating expense, scaled only when justified by evidence and fundraising needs
  • ~$250 – office furniture and tech
  • AI:
    • IDE – about $70/month
    • automatic site translation – $19.99/month
    • OpenAI for calculating recommended funding allocations
  • Cloud:
    • VMs at fly.io – about $10/month
    • PostgreSQL at fly.io – about $85/month (optimized away for the near future)
    • wallet management – zero in the beginning, then likely to fit $89/month for a long time
  • KYC+AML: $0.57 per KYC + $0.15 every time when we again check that the user is alive + $0.07 yearly, per user
  • The rest will be paid as funding allocations to eligible scientists and FOSS developers.
