Victor Porton

Victor Lvovich Porton, the CEO, born in Perm, Russia in 1980 and now living in Israel (ORCiD 0000-0001-7064-7975, Google Scholar, LinkedIn) is the mathematician who discovered ordered semigroup actions and ordered semicategory actions in 2019. Before this, Victor also discovered funcoids (while being a first-year university student of Perm State University), discontinuous analysis, reloids (a generalization of uniform spaces), and their various generalizations. Thus Victor has completely revolutionized general topology research. By Victor Porton, it was also produced Automatic transformation of XML namespaces formal specification for transformation and validation of XML files consisting of multiple XML namespaces and XML Boiler software implementing this specification.

List of most important scientific and software development works:

• Algebraic Theory of General Topology. Book 1 (a breakthrough research monograph), old version published by INFRA-M (the leading Russian scientific publisher)
• Discontinuous Analysis (a revolutionary concept of generalized limits defined for all functions at all points) – accepted for publication by Journal of Analysis & Number Theory 20/11/2025
• Axiomatic Theory of Formulas (draft) – theory of finite and infinite expressions
• Automatic transformation of XML namespaces – a formal specification of describing semantics of XML by RDF resources, to process (transform and validate) XML documents having multiple namespaces
  • XML Boiler – software implementing this specification

Victor Porton is a serial winner of blockchain hackathons.

Recently Porton put forth a preprint with proof attempt of Navier-Stokes Millennium Prize Problem, the manuscript is currently in peer review. But the manuscript has not been reviewed yet, so the proof is unconfirmed. But, in any case, it shows how my above-mentioned research in general topology may be applied.

Here is an education document confirming GTA 3.54 (despite of hunger during the study and the temptation to intentionally lower the GTA due to hatred to geniuses around me) of the mathematics course of Perm State University. The degree has not been received due to religious discrimination in Russia.
