Project Description & Use Cases
This project is an app that distributes donations proportionally to AI’s assessments of user’s worth as a portion of Fintech AI Innovation global GDP, determined by AI reading from the Web user’s creations such as scientific articles and free software. The user registers in the system and connects his/her accounts, such as GitHub and ORCID, and starts to receive weekly payouts. In the future I am also going to support creating a new occupation – science marketers, to offload marketing of scientific discoveries and free software to professional marketers. Use cases: salaries to scientists and FOSS devs, money for publishing, new occupation – science marketers.

This is to ensure not only that every researcher (whether he/she has a science degree or not) is paid, but also that every scientific discovery is provided money for its wide publicity. Non-publication of even one critical discovery may severely hold back the entire world science (and world economy). We are to change the system of (non)publication of science. The same applies to FOSS.
Currently, it is implemented as a Node.js app (ready for deployment, except that security review has not been done) with a custodial wallet. I am going to rewrite it as a fully on-chain ICP blockchain dapp (with support of non-custodial wallets from multiple blockchains, using Chain Fusion technology) with ZenDB. Connection to OpenAI API will be handled through a special secure multiuser proxy server, that I started to develop.
Regarding the Avalanche blockchain, it will enhance user adoption, because many scientists and FOSS devs will receive salary in Avalanche tokens.
Now GPT-5 is available, what makes possible (for a decent cost) to evaluate users in a sane manner. ICP blockchain reached maturity, especially in Chain Fusion technology, allowing to have non-custodial wallets of almost any blockchain.
Technical Roadmap & Milestones
I expect to deliver a deployment of the proxy server (a separate commercial project) in 1-2 months and the ICP blockchain dapp itself in following 1-3 months (the Node.js app was mostly ready to use in 23 days, so it’s likely that the ICP app will be also ready in one month).
The deliverables are sources of the proxy and the dapp and their deployments in production.

Team Background
The team consists of me, Victor Porton. I am the mathematician who discovered ordered semigroup actions and ordered semicategory actions (and wrote >700 pages on these topic).
I have 2.5 years of experience in ICP blockchain programming and years of experience with React, Node.js and Rust (including Actix and Rocket frameworks).
