This is how <em>coveries<\/em> are born\u2014not because a discovery is too new or complex, but because <strong>nobody funds its promotion<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Today, we must say it talented individuals who happen to fall outside formal academic hierarchies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A typical example: mathematical work on <a href=\"https:\/\/math.portonvictor.org\/algebraic-general-topology-and-math-synthesis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ordered semigroup actions (OSA)<\/strong> <\/a>and These results exist. They are documented. They are mathematically rigorous.
